This course is intended to be used by the serious, self-motivated student as advanced studio time in his particular area(s) of personal interest. Each student is expected to have self-disciplined work habits and direction. It is a “contract” course with individuation. It is a “contract” course with individual assignment, evaluations, and instruction worked out with the instructor. Independent Study gives the advanced art student the opportunity to build his portfolio for school or job and to be evaluated on a more critical level. Fee: $20.00 each semester.
