As part of our school's improvement plan, we have created a website for our geometry students to communicate thoughtful responses about real-world geometry concepts. These problems are not geared for right or wrong answers. They are designed to check understanding of a concept and the ability to convey through writing an appropriate response. One problem will be posted each six weeks and responses should be sent to the appropriate teacher via e-mail. Our hope is that students will gain a better understanding of geometry as it applies to real world topics and an appreciation for its usefulness.
